About Me
I am a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, completing my training at the University of Warwick. I also completed my post-graduate training in Working Therapeutically with Children and Young People at the University of Warwick. I have additional training in bereavement, trauma, CBT for Insomnia and clinical supervision.
I have a passion and commitment to support individuals with their emotional and psychological well-being alongside helping them overcome difficulties and encouraging positive change in their lives. I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgmental space where individuals can safely explore and work through their problems.

I have worked as a Bereavement Counsellor for Marie Curie, and as a counsellor and psychotherapist within other organisations. I work with adults, young people and children. I offer both short-term and long term counselling.

I also provide and deliver organisational training and workshops for individuals whose roles can be both emotionally and psychologically demanding. I also provide therapeutic support and advice to schools throughout the West Midlands.

I am also experienced in working with individuals who have Asperger’s Syndrome, ASD, ADHD, ADD, specific developmental delay and global developmental delay.
