There is a growing awareness of the difficulties children and young people can have when communicating psychological and emotional discomfort and how this can leave them feeling isolated, alone and misunderstood. Counselling can help children and young people reconnect with themselves and others; which in turn helps improve relationships.


In addition to talking therapy I also offer a variety of therapeutic activities and creative work to help facilitate improved self-understanding and awareness of their individual problems and help develop their own resources, coping strategies and self-mastery.
